Maddy is a Los Angeles-based actress, comedian, and writer.  

At 16, she abandoned her lifelong aspiration to be a ballerina and set her sights on Broadway!

Specifically, she studied at the cost-effective and close to home, Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned a BFA in Theatrical Performance. While there, she learned about the realities of living conditions for struggling artists in New York City, as well as the limitations of her singing voice. So, Maddy decided to switch gears completely and in 2014 moved to sunny LA to pursue acting on screen. 

As an actress she has appeared in national commercials, print campaigns, web-series and short films. As a writer she has written screenplays, pilots and loads of tweets. On stage she has performed sketch comedy at iO West, studied improv at The Groundlings School and as a stand-up she performs regularly around Los Angeles. 

In her spare time she makes elaborate meals, tends to her tiny garden, and organizes closets for fun. All this (and then some!) while maintaining a very active Instagram account!
